1. Tài khoản & Bảo mật

Pixup AI sử dụng đăng nhập qua Google OAuth. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về bảo mật tài khoản Google của mình. Một tài khoản Google chỉ liên kết được với một profile Pixup.

Admin Pixup có quyền tạm khóa tài khoản vi phạm (spam, lạm dụng API, chia sẻ tài khoản trả phí, hành vi gian lận nạp tiền…).

2. Credits & Thanh toán

Quy đổi: 1 credit = 10 VND.
Credits nạp vào không hoàn lại bằng tiền mặt, chỉ dùng trong Pixup.
Credits free hàng tháng (200cr) không cộng dồn — reset đầu tháng mới.
Gói VIP (Trial / Pro / Premium / Max) có hiệu lực trong 7 hoặc 30 ngày theo gói. Hết hạn quay về Free.
Gói Demo admin-cấp sẽ xoá hết credits thưởng khi hết hạn.

3. Đăng tải công khai (QUAN TRỌNG)

⚠ Hãy đọc kỹ phần này nếu bạn sử dụng tính năng Pixup Community / Thư viện công khai.

Free user — tự động công khai:

Để đổi lấy việc dùng miễn phí, mọi tác phẩm bạn tạo bằng tài khoản Free (ảnh, video, render) sẽ được đăng tự động lên Pixup Community ngay sau khi hoàn thành. Tác phẩm sẽ hiển thị kèm tên và avatar Google của bạn.

VIP user — bạn kiểm soát:

Tài khoản VIP (Trial trở lên) không tự động công khai. Bạn chủ động nhấn nútCông khaiở mỗi tác phẩm muốn chia sẻ.

Thời gian lưu trữ:

Tác phẩm công khai được giữ trên Pixup Community 7 ngày kể từ khi đăng. Sau đó hệ thống tự động xoá (bao gồm cả bình luận đã gửi lên tác phẩm đó). File gốc trong Library cá nhân của bạn không bị xoá.

Khi bạn công khai một tác phẩm, bạn đồng ý:

Cho phép người dùng Pixup khác xem, tải về, lưu lại tác phẩm.
Cho phép người khác like, bình luận, theo dõi trang cá nhân của bạn.
Pixup có thể đề xuất tác phẩm lên tab "Đề xuất" để quảng bá.
Pixup có thể dùng thumbnail tác phẩm trong marketing (không bán lại).

Cam kết của bạn:

KHÔNG đăng nội dung vi phạm bản quyền (ảnh chụp người khác, thương hiệu…).
KHÔNG đăng nội dung phản cảm, khiêu dâm, bạo lực, phân biệt chủng tộc.
KHÔNG đăng spam, quảng cáo trá hình, dẫn link độc hại.
Chịu trách nhiệm pháp lý với nội dung mình đăng.

Quyền của Pixup:

Gỡ bất kỳ tác phẩm vi phạm nào mà không cần báo trước.
Khoá tài khoản có 3+ bài bị gỡ trong 30 ngày.
Xử lý theo yêu cầu DMCA / pháp luật Việt Nam.

Cách gỡ bài của mình:

Hệ thống tự động xoá tác phẩm công khai sau 7 ngày. Nếu cần gỡ sớm hơn (vd đăng nhầm, đổi quyết định), gửi email cho admin tạisupport@pixup.ai.vnkèm link tác phẩm — admin sẽ xử lý trong vòng 24h.

4. Báo cáo vi phạm

Mỗi tác phẩm công khai đều có nút Báo cáo bài này ở sidebar chi tiết. Chọn lý do (Spam / quảng cáo, Nội dung phản cảm, Vi phạm bản quyền, Khác — ghi chi tiết bên dưới). Admin sẽ xem xét trong vòng 24-48h và xoá nếu xác nhận vi phạm.

Mỗi tài khoản được gửi tối đa 5 báo cáo / 24h để tránh spam. Báo cáo sai sự thật nhiều lần có thể bị khoá quyền báo cáo.

5. Bình luận & Theo dõi

Bình luận tối đa 500 ký tự, giới hạn 3 bình luận / 30 giây / tài khoản.
Admin có quyền xoá bất kỳ bình luận nào vi phạm.
Theo dõi / bỏ theo dõi không giới hạn. Danh sách public trên trang cá nhân.

6. Sở hữu trí tuệ của tác phẩm AI

Pixup AI tạo ảnh/video qua các mô hình của Google (Gemini), Fal, BytePlus, Kling, RunPod… Bản quyền tác phẩm thuộc về bạn theo điều khoản của các nhà cung cấp AI. Tuy nhiên, bạn cần kiểm tra kỹ nếu output có chứa thương hiệu / khuôn mặt người thật trước khi dùng thương mại.

7. Thay đổi điều khoản

Pixup có thể cập nhật điều khoản. Thay đổi lớn sẽ được thông báo qua email Google đăng ký và bảng thông báo trong app. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng dịch vụ sau khi có thay đổi đồng nghĩa với việc bạn chấp nhận điều khoản mới.

1. Account & Security

Pixup AI uses Google OAuth sign-in. You are responsible for the security of your Google account. One Google account may only be linked to one Pixup profile.

Pixup admins may temporarily lock accounts that violate the rules (spam, API abuse, sharing paid accounts, top-up fraud, etc.).

2. Credits & Payment

Conversion rate: 1 credit = 10 VND.
Topped-up credits are non-refundable in cash; usable only within Pixup.
Free monthly credits (200cr) do NOT roll over — they reset at the start of each new month.
VIP plans (Trial / Pro / Premium / Max) are valid for 7 or 30 days depending on the plan. After expiry, accounts revert to Free.
Demo accounts granted by admins lose all bonus credits when they expire.

3. Public Posting (IMPORTANT)

⚠ Please read this carefully if you use Pixup Community / public Library features.

Free user — auto-published:

In exchange for free usage, every work you create with a Free account (image, video, render) is automatically posted to Pixup Community immediately after completion. Each work is shown alongside your Google name and avatar.

VIP user — you control:

VIP accounts (Trial and above) are NOT auto-published. You decide which works to share by clicking thePublishbutton on each piece.

Storage duration:

Public works are kept on Pixup Community for 7 days from the time of posting. After that the system automatically removes them (including any comments on those works). The original files in your personal Library are not deleted.

When you publish a work, you agree to:

Allow other Pixup users to view, download, and save the work.
Allow others to like, comment, and follow your profile.
Pixup may feature the work in the "Recommended" tab for promotion.
Pixup may use the work's thumbnail in marketing (no resale).

Your commitments:

Do NOT post copyright-infringing content (photos of others, branded works, etc.).
Do NOT post offensive, sexual, violent, or racist content.
Do NOT post spam, disguised advertising, or malicious links.
You are legally responsible for the content you publish.

Pixup's rights:

Remove any violating work without prior notice.
Lock accounts with 3+ removed posts in a 30-day window.
Comply with DMCA / Vietnamese law.

How to remove your own post:

The system automatically removes public works after 7 days. If you need to take a work down sooner (mistaken upload, changed your mind), email the admin atsupport@pixup.ai.vnwith the work's link — admins will action within 24h.

4. Reporting Violations

Every public work has a Report this item button in the detail sidebar. Choose a reason (Spam / advertising, Inappropriate content, Copyright infringement, Other — describe below). Admins will review within 24-48h and remove the work if a violation is confirmed.

Each account may submit up to 5 reports / 24h to prevent spam. Repeated false reports may result in losing reporting privileges.

5. Comments & Follows

Comments up to 500 characters, limited to 3 comments / 30 seconds / account.
Admins reserve the right to remove violating comments.
Follow / unfollow is unlimited. Follower lists are public on user profiles.

6. AI Output Intellectual Property

Pixup AI generates images/videos via models from Google (Gemini), Fal, BytePlus, Kling, RunPod, and others. Copyright of the output belongs to you per the providers' terms. However, you must check carefully if the output contains real-person faces or trademarked elements before commercial use.

7. Changes to These Terms

Pixup may update these terms. Major changes will be notified via your registered Google email and an in-app banner. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
